Tara brings over a decade of experience in client service, operations leadership, project management, and relationship development to TriCapital Wealth Management. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong ability to bring organization and intention to her work, with a focus on creating exceptional experiences for both clients and the team she supports.

In her role at TriCapital, Tara helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and serves as a trusted point of contact for clients. With a natural attention to detail and a highly personalized approach to service, she works to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, care, and consistency.

At the heart of Tara’s work is a genuine appreciation for people and relationships. She takes pride in creating an environment where clients feel welcomed, valued, and confident that the details are thoughtfully handled behind the scenes.

Outside of the office, Tara enjoys staying active outdoors, cooking for friends & family, gardening, attending any sporting event, and staying home with her dog and two cats.

Will holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Appalachian State University. Will graduated with honors and was a member of the Varsity Football team.

Beyond professional pursuits, Will maintains an active lifestyle, firmly believing in the correlation between physical fitness and mental clarity. Will enjoys indulging in a variety of outdoor activities, including golf, hiking, fishing, MMA, and hunting.
