Prior to joining Randy at TriCapital Wealth Management, Inc. in September of 1999, Cindy worked in the financial services industry for 3 years as a marketing assistant for a national health insurance brokerage firm and for 10 years in Ohio as an Associate Agent for Nationwide Insurance. She received the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) certification in 2005 and served for four years as Director of Professional Development for the Charlotte Chapter Financial Planning Association.

Cindy enjoys working with the firm’s clients on getting a clear picture of their current and future financial situation. She feels that happiness "isn’t just numbers", it is creating goals and dreams that allow clients to pursue their favorite activities.

Cindy and her husband Rich live in Indian Trail and have one son Jared, a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. They are active and involved members of their church, where Cindy has served as a youth advisor, an Elder of the Presbyterian Church USA, and participates in chancel and bell choirs. She enjoys cooking and getting to the beach in her spare time.
