Sharai is a transplant from Washington State. She comes from the healthcare industry and has over 15 years in customer service. Sharai was a training coordinator for her previous company as well as a corporate trainer for their lab department. She had the privilege of traveling around the U.S., training staff on the new donor management software as well as educating and developing staff on opening new centers across the country. In 2021 Sharai decided to make a change from healthcare and explored other careers that develop her management skills and where she could continue to fulfill her passion of helping others and making a difference in their lives. Sharai loves learning new things and challenging herself which is what led her to the Office Administrator position at TriCapital. With the aspiration and drive to learn the finance industry, Sharai is excited to grow professionally within this new endeavor at TriCapital. Within her first month she is on track to get her notary certification and is currently studying for the Securities Industry Essentials examination (SIE).

Sharai moved to Charlotte, NC in the beginning of 2020 and now calls the Queen City home. She is married and has a 6-year- old son. In Sharai’s free time you can find her in her happy place relaxing at a beach with her family, spending quality time at home,
exploring new places, writing, and playing basketball when time permits.
